It is very important that our guests enjoy their stay at The Red Cliffs Villa. Our house has been designed with modern luxuries and natural materials for all guests now and in the future to experience. Please respect our house and property as you would your own.

USAGE: Our villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people, not including infants less than 2 years.

CLEANING: The cleanliness of our villa is very important and is held to a very high standard. Please leave the villa in the same condition as when you arrived. For example, all garbage must be removed, dishes washed and put away, barbeque cleaned. Additional cleaning charges will be applied if not followed and automatically charged to your credit card.

PETS: No pets are allowed in the house or on the property at all times. Additional cleaning charges will be applied to your credit card if this condition is breached.

SMOKING: Smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping in the house is PROHIBITED. Additional cleaning charges will be applied to your credit card if this condition is breached.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Please contact us directly if you have damage to equipment and or breakages to the house or property. If damage or breakages occur to the house or property, the replacement cost will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Commercial photography and filming is NOT permitted at The Red Cliffs Villa.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 100% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
• 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 3 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
• 0% refundable if canceled after.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  Your credit card will be held on file. A pre-authorization of 1000 Euro is held 1 day prior to arrival and voided 2 days after departure upon sign off from management. If you do not hold a credit card, a security deposit of 1000 Euro will be added to the initial booking fee. This will be refunded 2 days after departure upon sign off from management.
